iPAD SUBSCRIPTION
PRIZE
Although anyone can subscribe to SELF INDULGED
online Magazine, the draw to win an iPad is open to Australian
residents only. The prize will be drawn on the 20th of
November 2010 and the winner will be notified via the
email address used to subscribe.
The prize is an iPad 16GB Wifi. Further
terms and conditions below.
1. Entry and other instructions contained
within this promotion form part of these terms and conditions.
By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be
bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Employees, Officers, management and immediate families
of Shots International, and the associated company providing
the prize are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is
deemed to be siblings, parents, children, and family living
under the same roof.
3. Entry is open only to residents of Australia
4. Competition commences on August 9 2010 at 5pm (AWST)
and closes November 20, 2010 at 5pm (AWST)
5. How to enter: To enter, readers subscribe to SELF INDULGED
online magazine using the form on the SUBSCRIBE page www.self-indulged.com/Subscribe.html
during the promotional period. Only one entrant allowed.
Any entrant found entering more than once will be disqualified.
The winner will be contacted by email, using the email
address provided as the subscription contact address.
The winner will have 76 hours to respond to the notification
email and will be required to submit a photo of themselves
for publication in the 1 Dec 2010 issue of SELF INDULGED
Magazine. Failure to respond within the 76 hour timeframe
will result in a different name being drawn until the
prize of a single iPad unit is claimed.
6. The winner must take the prize as offered. It is a
condition of accepting the prize that the winner consent
to the use of their image for promotional purposes associated
with the promotion, without compensation and must provide
a photo of themselves via email which may be used in the
1st Dec issue of Self Indulged online magazine
7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen
or misdirected prizes.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
9. Neither the Promoter, the company providing the prize
or associated bodies will be liable for any loss or damage
or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to
this promotion or the acceptance of any prizes (whether
or not arising from any person’s negligence). The winners
release the Promoter, the company providing the prize
and associated bodies from any and all causes of action,
losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses)
cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred
by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any
physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death
of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any
way connected with the Promoters or the prize.
All contestants release from the company providing the
prize, against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising
out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in
the competition including (but not limited to) loss of
income, personal injury and damage to property and whether
direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent
act or omission or otherwise.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter and
maybe retained for up to 12 months. All entries will be
entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’
names and addresses for future promotional, marketing
and publicity purposes.
